Build-to-Rent OZ Fund Launched By Trilogy Investment Co. And Pinnacle Partners

Trilogy Investment Company and Pinnacle Partners have launched a dedicated Build-to-Rent (BTR) Opportunity Zone Fund to invest in underserved areas. The fund targets three communities in Decatur, GA, Augusta, GA, and Huntsville, AL, planning nearly 500 homes. This initiative aims to foster community development and offer significant tax incentives to investors. The collaboration combines Trilogy's expertise in project development with Pinnacle's experience in managing investment funds.
